HOW IT WORKS

A person in the market, working for you.

B2B listing sites sell you contact details and wish you luck. We do the opposite: one verified agent per city, standing in the market, buying at the rate locals pay.

01

Send your requirement

Product, specification, quantity, and where it should reach. For garments and textiles, add GSM, fabric and design references. Ask through the site in a minute, or on WhatsApp if you would rather. A human reads it, not a lead-selling machine.

02

Your quote comes from the market, not a database

Our agent checks the live rate in the mandi or at the unit and sends one landed price in writing: goods plus our management charge plus freight. Freight can be To-Pay if you prefer to settle it on receipt.

03

Sample first when it matters

For textiles, garments and new products we courier a sample before you commit. The bulk lot is later checked against the sample you approved.

04

The agent buys and inspects your lot

Goods are physically checked in the market before money moves: weighment, grade, condition. You get photos of your actual lot.

05

Dispatch with a paper trail

Goods ship on parcel transport the same or next day. You receive the LR consignment number, a dispatch note, and the transporter's receipt. Nothing rides on trust alone.

06

One invoice, one person to call

Your invoice shows exactly what you agreed. If anything is off, you call the same person who quoted you, and it gets fixed.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Questions buyers ask us first

How does SourceMandi make money?

A management charge on each order, shown to you inside the landed price you approve before we buy. No hidden margins, no lead fees, no subscriptions.

Do I have to pay in advance?

Market purchases are cash businesses, so new buyers start with advance or on-dispatch payment. As the relationship builds, credit terms are agreed per buyer. Every payment is tracked against your order and invoice.

What if the goods are not what I ordered?

That is exactly what the agent step exists to prevent: your lot is inspected and photographed before dispatch, and bulk garment lots are checked against your approved sample. If something still goes wrong, you have a named person to resolve it, not a helpline.

Who are the agents?

Local professionals who know their market personally, verified by us before a city goes live. Our first agent is an ex-bank manager in Erode who has worked with the town's traders and MSMEs for years.
