This policy explains what Paizah Global Solutions Private Limited (CIN U62090KL2024PTC090738), operating the SourceMandi brand, does with personal data. We are the data fiduciary for the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
To route your enquiry to the right agent, to quote and fulfil orders, to raise invoices and track payment, to verify agents before they trade under our name, and to meet our legal and tax obligations. We use it for nothing else.
An enquiry or order is shared with the agent covering that town, because they are the person who has to answer it. Agents see only their own towns. We share data with our hosting, database, email and payment providers strictly to run the service, and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
Agent identity documents are held in private storage, readable only by our administrators, and are used solely to verify the person. They are deleted when an application is rejected or an agent leaves.
Order, invoice and tax records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires. Enquiries and chat history are deleted after 24 months of inactivity. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.
You may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to sourcemandi@paizah.com and we will respond within 30 days. If an order is still in progress or the law requires us to keep a record, we will tell you what we cannot delete and why.
