SourceMandi is a brand operated by Paizah Global Solutions Private Limited, CIN U62090KL2024PTC090738, registered at USRA 95, Udharasiromani Road, Vellayambalam, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala 695010, India. In these terms, "we", "us" and "SourceMandi" mean that company. "You" means anyone using this website or our platform.
SourceMandi connects buyers with an independent sourcing agent in an Indian market town. The agent sources the goods, quotes the price, raises the invoice in their own name, and receives payment for the goods directly from the buyer.
We are not the seller of the goods. The contract for the supply of goods is between the buyer and the agent. SourceMandi provides the platform, the introduction and the software that runs the order, and charges the agent a platform fee for it. We do not take title to the goods and we do not collect the price of the goods.
You must give accurate details when you register and keep your login secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you believe someone else has access to it. We may suspend an account that is being used to mislead other users, or where the details given turn out to be false.
Prices shown on this website are indicative. They are either drawn from what was actually invoiced on recent shipments, or stated and dated by the agent covering that town, and they carry the date they were last verified. They are not an offer. Commodity prices move daily. The binding price is the one an agent quotes you in writing for your specific order, and it holds only for the period stated in that quote.
A request raised through the platform is not an order. It becomes an order when the agent has quoted a price and you have accepted it. Quantities, grade, packing and delivery terms are as stated on the accepted quote.
Agents pay SourceMandi a platform fee, published at sourcemandi.com/agent-pricing. The fee is a share of the margin on orders dispatched through the platform, subject to a monthly minimum that applies only from the month of an agent's first dispatch, and a monthly ceiling. An agent's terms are recorded against their account with the date they took effect. Changes apply from an agreed future date and never retrospectively.
The agent is responsible for the goods they supply, including quality, quantity and condition on dispatch. Raise any complaint about goods with the agent named on your invoice, and tell us as well. We will help resolve it and may suspend an agent whose conduct warrants it, but we are not a party to the supply contract and do not guarantee the goods.
Prices and fees are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. GST is charged at the applicable rate. The agent is responsible for the tax treatment of the goods they invoice; we are responsible for the tax on our platform fee.
Do not use the platform to defraud anyone, to place requests you have no intention of honouring, to scrape or copy the catalogue, or to interfere with the service. We may remove content and suspend accounts for any of these.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, SourceMandi is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit or business, or for the acts or omissions of an agent or a buyer. Our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the platform fees you have paid us in that period.
You may stop using the platform at any time. There is no lock-in and no notice period. We may suspend or close an account for a breach of these terms. Ending an account does not cancel money already owed for orders already dispatched.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction.
